What is the difference between these sony tv's?

I need help deciding between the LX909 and the NX810 both in 60 inch as the promotional deal ends tomorrow for a 3D blu-ray player and home theatre for $200. My main question is are they very different from each other and is the LX909 worth the higher price over the NX810. Thanks
