...ordinary cooked chicken liver? I just want to know how foie gras and chicken liver taste different from each other. Is it only the fat content that makes foie gras unique to to ordinary chicken, duck or goose liver or foie gras has its unique flavor which you can't taste in chicken, goose or duck liver.
