What is the difference between the general admission and the floor at the

Chicago Aragon ballroom? Hi, I'm getting some tickets for this band and it says "general admission" and "floor"
is there a difference, or are they the same? Thanks!

btw, its my chemical romance. (their concerts are insanity)
