What Is the difference between ilife and iwork on Apple's Macbook pro ?

I am considering Getting a MacBook Pro , but While configuring it I realized there are lots u can add on , including an iwork , Microsoft office , Aperature 3 , Final cut express and logic express ... What are the differences ? Does the Macbook Pro not include all these ?
