What is the difference between full-time Army National Guard and Part-time

National Guard? I would like to know what does a full time guard do after AIT and what a part time Guard does.

What does their daily schedule consist of?
 
Full-time is like a Recruiter. There's other jobs in Active Guard/Reserve (AGR) or Active Duty for Special Work (ADSW). Part-time is when you go one weekend a month and two weeks a summer.
