What is the difference between Burger King and Hungry Jacks?

They both are owned by the same company, have practically the same logo and their signature burger is called a whopper.
Yeah, only Hungry Jacks in Adelaide. They have both in Melbourne.

in aussie they call it hungry jacks for some unknown reason
 
burger king is what they call it here in america and hungry jacks is what they call it in australia
