What is the difference between Art Historical text and Art Critical text?

In terms of an artists
& also what does it mean by referring to the frames in terms of researching & analysing info about an artist (themselves, their influences and works) - in relations to both Art Historical and Art Critical

Is 'art historical' more of objective? and 'art critical' more subjective?
