Hello all,
I've had 2 scs trials done by my pain management doctor & both attempts have failed.
Today my pain management doctor told me that he is going to refer me to a neurosurgeon for him to do my next scs trial to treat chronic back pain.
My pm told me that a neurosurgeon can use electrode paddles instead of electrode leaRAB which I have in at the minute & aren't working.
So is there a different technique that a neurosurgeon uses in comparrison to a pain management doctor doing it, also why can't my pm use the paddles?
Any advice would be much appreicated & I hope everybody is having a good day with not too much pain, take care xx
