P Prospero Reincarnate New member May 10, 2009 #2 Economics is more wide in scope. i.e. a Finance major studies a lot of accounting, and microeconomics, while an Economics major studies Macroeconomics, and more theoretical concepts. But, often graduates of either degree find jobs with banks.
