What is the differance between a Jeep Wrangler X and a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon?

Is it just that the wheel base on a Rubicon is bigger than the Wrangler X?

the x model is the "bottom of the line" 6 cyl. and the rubicon is the "top of the line"
