what is the diameter/width of the stock tire on a toyota tacoma?

it is a 2006 access cab, 2wd, 4.7 liters
i was told they are 28 inches but that just doesnt seem riight, they look so much smaller than that

if anyone has information on that it would help alot, thank u
i know there 16 inch rims but im talking about the actual tire size not wheel
 
They are not 28", I can tell you that. We own a toyota tacoma 2007 and ours are 16", but stock comes in 4 sizes depending on the package that is purchased when it is bought. They come with 15, 16, 17, and 18" alloy wheels. If you have an off road package, they are usually bigger, we have the upgraded SR5 package with 16", but they are somewhere between those. There is no way of knowing without measuring them at this point.
