what is the depreciation value of ceramic tile?

We have a floor that was installed 7 yrs ago.Back around christmas are outside wood boiler blew causing the pipes in the floor to bust.are insurance says the floor as lost 15% of its value.I don't believe that is true.Its not like carpet,vinyl or wood which wears out. please provide me with proof of what you are saying are a web site where i can find it .Thanks
