What is the depreciation rate of this 2008 Honda Accord (in %)?

I need to figure out the depreciation rate of a used car.
My equation of the Honda Accord on my scatterplot is y=22,392.04 - 1,798.15X
The Maximum of the car is: $22,988 for a 2008 car.
The minimum is: $5,950
I have no idea how to figure out the percentage rate for depreciation?
