...his ex wife but wants to talk? This doesn't make sense. My ex was ordered by the court to have no phone contact with me. He tells our son he wants to see him but doesn't want to see me with him yet, when he talks with our son on the phone he tells him he can't understand my emails that he would just rather talk with me. He then tries to talk about me to our son about why we are divorced. My son keeps telling him it is between us. Does this sound like a man that is over it or what is the deal. I have no idea. He is ordered not to come near our house. However, he stopped in front of my driveway and was looking all around as well as at the cars in the driveway. Then from his car leaning over looking at my upstairs office window. What is his deal?
 
The judge recognized that he's controlling and this is why he can't talk to you, and he's going through his son to communicate with you. Tell your son that you don't want this to happen to him, so he's to tell dad that you will not listen to him, when he wants to convey any message from dad. Dad will stop trying to communicate through his son. Dad wants what dad wants and this needs to stop.
