what is the current rate for commercial paper (financial)?

Find the current rate for the following securities. Make sure to identify the time of the rates and specify whether the rate is daily or weekly. You can find the current rate online at multiple sources. The example would be Federal Reserve webpage of banrate.com. Make sure to cite your references.

I am unable to locate the current paper rate for commercial paper (financial).

Help, when I do locate it I am not sure how to read it.
