I'm not really well-versed in CSS ... or HTML I suppose. But I once had an HTML code where I could place an image on the page I was editing and move it depending on the pixels or whatever away from the top, bottom, right, or left. And with that code you could also change the width and height of the image itself, and most importantly for what I'm looking for, it could COVER THE TEXT.
