the Olympics for the same sport? In an event like speed skating, why does one country have 4 or 5 skaters and some countries only have one? What are the rules regarding how many competitors you can send? Also, you'd think a country of a billion people like China could send one snowboarder when smaller countries like Finland can send several. Can you send as many as you want or does the IOC give you an allotment based on your population?
