I'm looking at a 77 Yamaha IT 400 and wondering what it would take. I know it probably varies by state, (I'm in OR) but I'm new to the Enduro thing. It has headlight/brake light, just no signals. Do they have to be a certain age, or have a certain kind of VIN or something? just don't want to get it unless I can use it on AND off road. Thanks for any advice
