My husband is a US navy who just got deployed in japan a month ago. I was planning to come and visit him but I am not a US citizen, in which it is easier if u have a blue passport. I am an immigrant and i do have green card (ofcourse!) and SS. I dont knw what else do i need and what are the requirements. Im in process of changing my name(lastname) on my greencard/ dd/ and passport. (SS done!) . it would be very helpful if i could have the japanese immigration contact number here in the US but i cant find any..
