what is the consequences for lying to a cop even if he can't prove anything?

but probably doesn't believe me or knows its a lie
will he pursue the case or take me to court
thx finally a real answer..i don't wanna go to court because i don't wanna continue to lie like to a judge..but they really don't have anything on me just speculations
