I need to know what chemical in the box jellyfish's stingers make it so dangerous. I realize there are many kinds of box jellyfish so I suppose I should be more specific. I am preferably looking for the chemicals present in Chironex Flekeri, the largest form of box jellyfish found in nothern Australia. If you know where to get info on the composition of Chironex Barnesi, the smaller form of box jellyfish, then I will happily take that as well, it doesn't really matter. I just need help.
