I heard on the radio that they will incorporate your business online but they offer no legal advice.
I am looking for a little legal/business advice though. I was wondering if it is worth it for me to incorporate or form and LLC. I just started a home computer repair business out of my house. So far this year I have only made a few thousand dollars but it seems to be picking up. I live in the suburbs of Chicago.
The money I make...can it just be claimed on my taxes at the end of the year? If so, can I deduct my vehicle, gas, and other things for the business if I don't incorporate or form and LLC?
