Take a look there and see which one you like the best, although choosing a lens based upon your criteria is a little strange. Usually photographers buy the lens they need based upon the subjects they shoot the most, generally wide angle, standard or telephoto lenses (and macro lenses).
IS is just an added feature, but NOT imperative. For decades professional photographers have been having IS or VR lenses available. What they did was control their breathing and used a soft finger on the shutter release ... just like snipers do.
