What is the cheapest 3G handset out NOW?

I want to get on the 3 network as for me it has the best rates (go and check them out :)

Any way, to do this you need a 3g phone and a sim off three, (on pay as you go)

so whats the cheapest 3g phone that you can buy on the market??

the INQ1 which three do is £69.99 and is the cheapest i have found)

Can any one find any thing cheaper ?
