well i don't know much about it but this morning my mum was shouting about how she didn't know that my brother was on bail until she got a letter from court. i later heard her saying it was for unlawful violence. im not allowed to ask anything when it comes to my brother, its something that is not for me to worry about. but actually it is because he is my brother and it affects my life. but whatever. i just wan to know if my brother could go to jail or will he just get fined or community service. if he is likely to go to jail then how long for.
he has been in trouble with the law alot since he was 13, he is now 18 and has been kicked out of the home.
