My boyfriend has had painful sharp on and off stomach pain in mid stomach region/upper left stomach. It starts from his testicals and gets a sharp pain going to this stomach. He works out a lot and is in very good health. What can be the cause of this? It has been going out for about a week now. It stopped for a few days now its back.
