This is such a vague question that it's hard to give a decent response. Can you be more specific? What exactly do you want to do and what have you done? Ie are you working at a start up? What kind of applications are you working on? Do you want to move to a bigger company and move into a management position? Do you want to be a consultant?
For a general suggestion, you could look into some Microsoft certifications. It would likely be attractive to a wide range of employers.
