Im sixteen year old female and I've finally hit that point where I'm ready to do what it takes to lose weight and make a lifestyle change for the better. Im 170ish and 5,6 . I wanna know how i should invest my time over the summer to fully dedicate my energy into making a healthier me. Do your recommend Tae Bo,Tracy Anderson,....? I'd prefer not to go a gym right away. Any advice on food or exercise is welcomed and greatly appreciated!! =)
