I posted earlier about using pre-seed. But I forgot to ask how to use it. The directions are clear, but I would really like to hear about your experience using it, for example; how much did you use, did you use the tubes to insert into V? or did u just use it on the outer area. Thanks much, sorry for tmi, just want to do it right. Lots of baby dust to all ttc.
