some cell phones have a little slot you can insert a mico memory card in (kind of like a memory card for a digital camera) on sale these can be very inexpensive...about $5-10 for a one or two GB card. you can buy them at your local electronics store, just ask the associate for help.
Just stick it in your computer, load it up, then put it in your phone, no prob.
