What is the best way to train a little one to ride a bike!?

I really want to teach my nephew! He is just about to be three,but he is strong and big for his age and pretty tall too. Any tips would be right!
I meant traing him with traing wheels!
 
*make sure both feet touch the ground when sitting on it
*make sure he has a helmet and pads
*make sure he KNOWS how to stop the bike (practice it)
*make sure there are no cars around
*hold on the back and run with him
*then just let go and pray
*Oh-have some take a video and put it on YouTube.com
 
training wheels is great until they get the hang of using a bike. then you take off one wheel and see how well he does or you could just go for it all at once and take off both training wheels. hold the back of the bike and walk with him then let go. he will fall a bunch of times until he gets the hang of it. it takes time to learn.
