What is the best way to Quad Turbo-Charge my Honda Civic?

I am thinking of a layout similar to that of the Veyron. I need it to be at least a ten second car. What horsepower are we talking here? I am thinking of adding a lot of NOS too.
IT'S A VTEC!!!
