Let's say your a good sprinter but have low endurance.
Oh yeah on the bike I'm not tired often same with ping pong but like doing stuff like running, basketball, swimming I get real tired also don't play football I play the sports mentioned above.
my son's soccer coach has them running 2miles a day for 3 weeks then he'll move it up to 3miles so on and so fourth, plus he runs them alot in practice he keeps telling the boys they may outscore you but they wont beat you in endurance
