WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO HEAR A BLUETOOTH GPS ON YOUR MOTORCYCLE WEARING A HALF HELMENT?

I need to hear the voice prompts from a Zumo 220 while on my motorcycle. I wear a half shell helmet. Any hope? I have seen bluetooth headsets that say they are designed for half helmets. Anyone have any experience with this issue.
