What is the best way to go about replacing the rear trailing arms in a 1997

Pontiac Grand Prix SE? both are bent and i have the replacements on hand, the tires in the back are bent in at the top, the stearing wheel is cocked about 1 quarter turn twards the right. squeels like heck when turning and if hitting bumps the rear end wiggles like crazy, thanks in advance
