What is the best way to get my education?

Alright, so my situation here is a little different then most kids my age. I am 19, and I have neither a high school diploma nor a GED. The reasons are not because I am lazy, or stupid. I took honors through high school, and I passed my AIMS testing (high school exit exams) my sophomore year, in all 4 subjects with scores so high that my lowest was a score of 893. Since then I had moved to SC to live with my father due to his illness. After return once he was healthy, I was told that none of my credits for a whole YEAR could be transferred to the state of AZ, from SC. I tried everything from the district office, to the state department to try and receive something for that time while I was in SC. Yet, still nothing. So I was out 10 credits. That set me far behind, and I enrolled in a online school. Recently they have locked me out of the system because I failed to "update" state surveys, and have done so on more then 6 accounts for the same survey. I might add that the survey was only 3 questions, none of the questions could possibly change from the first one I took, and they had never e-mailed me at my personal address, nor my student messaging center. No phone calls or nothing. So for the past 2 weeks I have been calling more then twice a day, every day to try and speak with someone but no answer, or return call after leaving a message. It is so frustrating. That now being said, I know I am intelligent, and am far from lazy. Should I still try and attend an online high school to receive my diploma, or visit a community collage and sign up for the GED test. Also, I have been looking into the military. Is there a branch that offers help in this area?
