Dark chocolate

So for a few weeks now I have had my eye on my neighbor kid's new bike. He got it for his birthday and since then its all I ever think about. I actually feel butterflies and anxiety when I see him riding it around the neighborhood and I have to have it. He keeps it in their garage, which has a regular garage door and side entrance too. Here is a pic I took when I went over and pretended to ask for a cup of sugar.

They were supposed to go out of town this weekend and I had it all planned out, now I guess they arent going, but I still gotta get in there and get the bike. How do I go about it now? do I wait for them to go to sleep or do I go when they are watching TV and less likely to hear anything?
