What is the best way to escape a police car?

I'm not a criminal, first of all. You see, every year the cops in my town have a demonstration to prove that the cars are un-escapable from. That is, once you're in, you don't get out. Well, they're a little too cocky, and I want to prove them wrong.

Any ideas?
What I want to do, is physically remove my body from the police car after the cops put me in there, without receiving outside assistance.
