I bought lovely salmon fillets from the fish market today (skin on). I wanted to encrust the skinless side of the salmon with black sesame seeds and cook it. Can someone please give me guidelines and tips on how to do it!
Should i simply cook skin side down for about 2-3 mins, sesame side down for 1-2mins, flip it over again and put it in the oven for about 4-5?
