What is the best way to cook for money in runescape?

I am a non member also, please do not say anything that requires 70+ cooking. if i can not get good money in cooking what is a way to level it up for cheap?
 
Oi the good ol days of Rsing.
Ah I remember when I was a kid.
Fish lobsters at Karajama I think its called.
Then bank them then go to the lumbridge furnace (cuz thats the best furnace to cook at as a non member) and cook them then repeat
Lobsters sold for lots of money when I played.
This info might not be right sincee its been forever since I played but, thats how I did it and I made a mill a week depending

I think you need fishing at 40 and cooking at 40
