I haven't taken out a Dodge truck dash yet, but, on every other brand there is usually 2 screws holding the bezel in. Once the bezel is loose you generally have to tilt the wheel down and remove the bezel. Once the bezel is off you'll be able to see the screws that hold the dash in.
you have to remove the bezel and the instrument cluster to get to the bulbs on most of them,the bulbs are located on the back of the cluster,so removing it is a must to get to them,good luck.
