What is the best way to answer this email? ?

It was a job phone interview to have the first feeling for an internal vacancy in another city, I think I did not get the job because when she asked me how much I would like to earn I answer too much...But I would have not mind to work for less as money is not an issue for me. How can I answer to the below email, as I will phone her tomorrow:

I am sorry to have to advise you that on this occasion another interviewee provided a better match with our requirements for the post. I hope that this will not deter you from applying for other alternative vacancies, which may arise within Motorola UK. If you permit I would like to retain your CV for future requirements.
