What is the best video media player that plays every type of video file and doesn't

take up a lot of space? Right now all I have is WMP
on my computer?

I have some burned dvd's and they won't work on my computer. Also a few store bought ones don't work either. I tried a DivX codec. I don't even know what that is. That didn't work. Either did the DivX player. Any suggestions?
