I am moving into a serviced business centre office and the only thing i need to sort out myself is the broadband connection, so I have to get one business phone line installed to put in my company name. Please note that the office does not have a BT box that can be ractivated so a new line has to be installed, and it has to be a business line in my company name ... I do not want to duck and dive with a dodgy residential line. I have done that for the last year and, in mafia terms, it's time to go legit 
Right now I am looking at a BT business line, which costs £106.37 + VAT to install, and £43.11 + VAT quarterly charge (i.e. £14.37 + VAT per month).
What is the best value BUSINESS phone line out there?
