Hello, i am an italian guy from Milan, i'd like to run a business in the U.S. with my girlfriend, she is american, but we don't know which the best state would be, i was thinking of CA, but i know that at the moment California is having a bad time..so, what do you suggest? the business is set as graphic and web design.. thank you so much in advance for your help.
