for the day? I read it somewhere that it is best to avoid the sun from 10 a.m to 4 p.m.

But I've found another research saying that a guy's blood pressure was previously 181/87. But one day he decided to spend fifteen minutes walking under the strong sunlight from 10.4 a.m to 11 a.m, and when he got back home at 11.30, he found out that his blood pressure has drastically went down to 98/55 and a pulse of 62.

So does anyone know what's the best timing to go under the sun to have our Vitamin D requirements for the day?

P.S. I don't have high blood pressure.

Dr Oz says no more than ten minutes after 2 pm will give you all the D you need

in the sunny morning and may be in afternoon........... its comfortable and it wont burn your skin much.........
