What is the best stereo system for a 2005 honda civic lx?

I want bass, but I don't want it to overpower. I want just enough for the music in the car to sound good when its up, bass where the car doesnt shake, and the music is still clear. Not trying to break the bank, just need good quality, low priced in-dash stereo, amps & subwoofers.
