I bought a Nikon D60 (w/18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR lens) for my girlfriend not too long ago. I usually play indoor lacrosse in the summer and when trying to take pictures of my teammates, they come out pretty blurry. It's not the best lit place in the world, but it's not dark either. What would be the optimal settings to use this camera/lens combination for taking these types of pictures? I do plan on getting a faster lens in the future, but I don't have $500 for a new one right now.
