what is the best rim size i can get for my civic?

ok so the civic is lowered it has the stock 14s on there now and i was thinking i wanted some bigger rims to make it look nicer and i wanted some low profile tires so what would be the best size for a lowered civic?? please give me your opinion on it and maybe provide some pics of how dif sizes look on dif lowered civics
oh btw its a 94 its black and a 2 door
 
15's or 16's IMO.
