What is the best phone for mobile internet at the moment? Getting new phone, need help!?

I'm getting a new phone, and the main thing that I use is mobile internet. It must be fast and good on the internet. I'd like an ok-to-good camera too, however not bothered for music. I like complicated phones, not like Nokias that are easy and simple.

I was going to get the iPhone 3gS phone but there are no 16GB ones at the moment and I can't afford the 32GB.

I was looking at some of the Samsungs or a BlackBerry.... Maybe an Omnia or Jet?

I'll be on O2.

Any suggestions of the best phone at the moment?
